This appetizer is very smooth and creamy. The combination of flavors is superb and is definitely a must-try. It’s probably one of the easiest to make since you just combine everything and voila, it’s ready for consumption.

🍽 Servings: 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts
1/4 cup Avocado
1/2 tsp minced Garlic
2 tsp fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro (loosely packed)
pinch of Salt and Pepper
Procedure:
- In a mixer add Macadamia Nuts, Avocado, minced garlic, lemon juice, and cilantro
- Blend all the ingredients into a fine paste.
- Now add salt and pepper and give it another mix.
- As the blend gets hard puree form take it out
- You can also add some tahini and olive oil which is completely optional
