This appetizer is very smooth and creamy. The combination of flavors is superb and is definitely a must-try. It’s probably one of the easiest to make since you just combine everything and voila, it’s ready for consumption.

🍽 Servings: 1/2 cup

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts
1/4 cup Avocado
1/2 tsp minced Garlic
2 tsp fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro (loosely packed)
pinch of Salt and Pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a mixer add Macadamia Nuts, Avocado, minced garlic, lemon juice, and cilantro
  2. Blend all the ingredients into a fine paste.
  3. Now add salt and pepper and give it another mix.
  4. As the blend gets hard puree form take it out
  5. You can also add some tahini and olive oil which is completely optional
