  • 1/4 cup Tur Dal
  • 1/4 cup Chana Dal
  • 1/4 cup Urad Dal
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 2 Dry Red Whole chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil or ghee
  • 2-inch ginger
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 3+1 cup water


  • Take a bowl and add Tur dal, Chana dal, Urad dal, and Rice. Wash it appropriately and channel all the water.
  • Add 3 cups of water. Splash it short-term or possibly for 5 hours.
  • Drain all the water.
  • Take all the doused fixings, cumin seeds, curry leaves, red dried chilies, green chilies, salt, ginger alongside the water in a blender container.
  • Mix the fixings to make a smooth glue. (not extremely smooth, somewhat coarse).
  • Permit resting the player for 60 minutes.
  • Heat a Tava or iron over a medium to high warmth. Pour one major spoon (ideal round scoop) brimming with hitter and spread it into a far dosa.
  • Apply oil or ghee on sides of Adai Dosa.
  • Discretionary – Sprinkle cheddar or any vegetable you like.
  • Cook it until brilliant earthy color appears from the base. Roll it.
  • Serve Adai Dosa hot with any chutney of your decision.
